Let's show Roanoke's kids that they deserve to learn about and experience the best of what technology we have in the world!
Center in the Square is a non-profit that raises money to sustain five buildings for ten other arts and cultural organizations so that they may flourish in an environment with less financial stress.
We arrange amazing field trips through our museum spaces so that children can learn SOL compliant lessons in a hands on way.

Center in the Square is raising money to add Augmented Reality into our Get Schooled! Field Trip Program AND to purchase a Virtual Reality Machine to offer a new educational and fun experience.
Many of the public schools surrounding our Center in the Square building are considered low income schools. Some of these children may not receive the opportunity to experience technology on this level, to travel to the ocean, to ride a roller coaster. . . but they can through our virtual reality machine at Center in the Square.
