Cardigan Community Centre is rooted in North West Leeds which exists to serve the needs of the most disadvantaged residents of Burley, Hyde Park, Woodhouse and Headingley. Our diverse community face a range of challenges: social economic deprivation, isolation within our elderly population and beyond, inequality, poor housing and language barriers.

We pride ourselves in our outstanding community services, delivering a range of provisions to support our local community, and want to ensure that our facilities are of the high standard that our community deserves. Our current furniture is over 35 years old, and is increasingly not fit for purpose.

We are asking our friends and supporters to join our fundraising mission, and help us to raise £6000 to replace the tables and chairs in the centre. We currently have 20 tables and 80 chairs, and are fundraising to replace all of these. The new furniture will be modern, comfortable and ergonomic.
