New smile for Blake

Blake was born with a severe overjet (deep overbite). A normal bite is at 2.0 mm and Blake's is 18.0 mm. Upon seeing a doctor to correct this, it was decided that because of the significance of his overjet the only and best way for correcting it is thru surgery in conjunction with braces. However, these procedures would cost a total of over $7,000.00.
For Blake's dad, Robert, this is a steep mountain to climb as he has suffered from seizures which has prevented him from driving and limits his work as well . He has recently gotten an implant to control his seizures which will hopefully allow him to drive and work more. 
However, Robert and Blake are still faced with an enormous challenge and we would like to help Blake with braces and getting his wisdom teeth pulled so that he can have a brand new smile come his senior year of high school.
Medicade insurance is taking care of the surgery. So right now Blake and Robert are responsible for the rest.  That will cost $7015.00,  $750 of that is surgery work up.  The work on Blake's jaw and mouth will cost just over $7,000.00 which includes  orthodontic work and braces
