Saving for new roof. Soft and may cave in. Leaks

Cave in likely if I can’t get the funds. Roof is leaking in areas. Patched it up but leaking again and coming down walls and wood is rotting. I’m also trying to get money doing odd jobs. Saving as much as I can but I have tons of Bills for property.
