New Ritz Seats Campaign
Tax deductible
The ‘Silent Phase’ of the capital campaign to reach a Target Goal of $140,000 to purchase new seats for the Historic Ritz Theatre’s main floor just ended – having raised $60,000 to date. In a concerted effort to now mobilize broad public support to realize the final funds needed, the ‘Public Phase’ of the NEW-RITZ-SEATS Campaign has begun!
Since February 1998 when The Ritz reopened as a regionally-focused performing arts and civic events center, amazing achievements in the public interest have included:
• Some 350,000 people walked through the doors to attend first-class professional performances and vital community events
• Over 95,000 area students experienced professional, curriculum-based arts education initiatives
• Community nonprofit collaborations generated $250,000 for local charities
• Annual economic impact of our national Art Deco landmark theatre surpassed $1 Million
Step up now. Here’s your chance to play a lead role in Ritz history for decades to come. CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTORS and NAMED MEMORIALS will appear on a permanent plaque in the theatre.
