New Porch & Stairs or Ramp for Sherry

Some of you may know Sherry and know her situation but for those of you who don't, let me tell you about my friend. Sherry and I met at the library about 5 years ago. She is a fun, caring, artistic, loving, and excellent friend to have. She would give you the shirt off her back if she could. That is why I am doing this. She is in extra need of some help. Last year she fell at her house and got injured. This injury caused her to get a flesh eating bacteria in her foot that ended up taking two of her toes. This year she faced a new challenge, she was diagnosed with Diabetic Retinopathy and is at risk of losing her vision and in order to try and save it she has to get painful shots in her eyes. This past Tuesday I took to run some errands and as I watched her leave and go down her stairs it scared me for her safety. Her deck is old and her stairs are are made out of cinder blocks. I was afraid that she would step wrong and fall and hurt herself again. She doesn't have the balance nor the eyesight anymore and a new deck and proper stairs or maybe even a ramp would be the best for her safety. I am wanting to gift this to her but I cannot do it on my own financially so  I am here asking for help. I know times are hard but if you cannot give please share and let others have a chance to help if they can. All I ask is if you are friend's with Sherry Thompson on FB please hide her from the post because I don't want her to know unless we reach our goal. If we do not reach the goal the money I raise will still go to her to help with bills because she also was denied disability a few years ago and is fighting to get it back so money is tight. I really appreciate any and all help I can get.
