New PC for my education

I'm currently enrolled in a dutch college. I need to do photo editing, video editing, corporate design and much more. For this I need quite a beefy computer, but since my old one has a lot of unfixable issues such as it dying on itself, I need to buy a new one. Now the problem is that I got declined at every job I've applied for. This means I do not have income to do this myself.

I am very motivated to complete this education, as it is my dream to become a movie editor. We are allowed to use the college's cameras to shoot on, but the college does not provide any computers or laptops.

The parts I've picked are purely based on performance per dollar. The total price is €2100. I still have some savings I can use on this, but it doesn't come anywhere near to said price.
