Lung Transplant Costs

For those of you that know us, you know how much John means to me and his family.  In able for John to have his transplant, we have to prove that we will be able to afford the costs of the aftercare.  After John's lung transplant, we will need to stay in an apartment in New Orleans, for 3 months, so he can be within 30 minutes of the hospital.  He will also be on 25 daily medications, with one of them costing $1000.00 a month, all by itself.  Now he will only need this medication for the first year, after that his medication costs will be managable.  I am looking to raise enough monies to get John through the first year of his transplant.  Once he is past a year, his medical costs should go way down.
