For those of you who made it to this page, you are probably family, friends, or supporters of the Music/Ministry. I appreciate that you are here. As most of you know I was with the Record label: Syntax Records (San Diego, CA) and a fulltime touring artist.
I am currently indpendant and no longer on the Label. I also took a long hiatus from touring to be at home with my family while my wife was working on her Masters Degree. I have been doing shows here and there throughout my hiatus but wasn't recording or working on an album. I was really just being refreshed and through prayer waiting to see if the Lord had plans to inspire me again to write and record. This inspiration hit at the end of last summer right before school started and I was back at work in Indian Education at the high school. I reconnected with a long time friend (producer/beatmaker)Garlic Brown. This sort of rekindled the flames quicker then I had imagined.
Since that time doors have opened up like crazy and opportunites have presented themselves weekly. It has been awesome to see things slowly unfold.
When I was with Syntax Records there were so many costs and things I didn't realize. It was a blessing to be a part of that experience. I am currently independant and now realizing these costs. I am not usually one to easily jump out and ask for help. This is a hard thing to do for me. I was recently challenged and encouraged by a hand full of friends to take the leap and ask for help. Through prayer, here I am asking my supporters that if you feel lead in anyway shape or form to help with this project it would mean more then you know. I am very blessed and excited to be creating again.
It is a strong passion of mine to connect with youth and adults through music/speaking to encourage them through a message of hope in Christ.
I was a lost youth who is still continuously being shaped and molded by the Lord. I have seen and been through way to many things to not believe that God is real.
I feel like I am shooting for the stars here, but I am trying to raise $5500 (the 500 is to offset the fees that gofundme takes) to cover: Beats&Production/Recording/Mixing & Mastering, Features, Graphics, Photo Shoot, Videos, and the first run of cd's, and merch for touring.
I am looking to complete everything by the end of May 2017, to be ready for summer and touring again. The support would mean the world to my family and I. This would create a way for me to get everything done in a way that I could not do by myself. I appreciate you taking time to check out the page and for your consideration.
