Hey y'all,

If you don't know me, my name is Jackie Rae Daniels, and I am a folk singer, songwriter, photographer, embroiderer, yogaer, traveler, homebody. The project I am trying to fund is my third full-length original album, which has been in the works for a couple of years now, and it is time for it to be fully imagined.

This album portrays the struggle of maintaining mental health. The project is a set of songs that helped me accept and appreciate my experience and understand that it is worthy and valid. Creating music around life's difficulties has been a critical release for me. The catalyst for my songwriting has been listening to others' music, relating to their experience, and becoming inspired by their resilience. The connection between songwriters and the listener is complete without much complication, which has always been enticing. Having experience on both sides of this relationship has been a treasure and my muse in life.

A simple act of generosity can make someone's world go round. It doesn't have to be much to make an impact, especially when we rally together.

Being an independent artist with limited resources is not glamorous. Hopefully, anyone who reads this sees this project as valuable, and the monetary needs will be met!
