New Heart for Aleksandar!

I am writing this on behalf of Aleksandar Seslija, a dear friend of mine who is in desperate need of a heart transplant.
Aleksandar is a wonderful family man and a father of two young boys, whose battle for his life started way back on May 26th of 2011, when his heart failed for the first time after being severely damaged by a vicious virus. The diagnosis was grim right away - his only hope of permanent recovery was a heart transplant.
By 2015, Aleksandar's heart has been operating at only 18% EF capacity. On March 21, 2015 he once again barely escaped death, after being resuscitated and brought back to life by an incredible team of doctors. At that time, they had installed a temporary solution in form of an exterior mechanical pump attached to his heart, which he has to carry at all times and without which his hearth can't function. This pump was his only hope of a temporary life extension, hopefully long enough, to raise funds for his surgery.
Ever since, Aleksandar, his wife and their family started saving and raising funds for a heart transplant surgery that can be performed in AHC clinic in Vienna and which costs $135,000. To this date, they were able to raise close to $95,000, but they are still in desperate need of the remaining funds to finally send Aleksandar to surgery, as his heart is progressively deteriorating.
I am hoping the generous and goodhearted people that are reading this can help us close this gap and help Aleksandar finally win this long and painful battle.
