<div>Our Germantown neighbor <strong>David Lee</strong> lives on Reutlinger Avenue in a modest house that belonged to his grandmother. David is on disability and with his limited income is struggling to maintain the house.

</div>

<div>After he recently posted on Facebook that he needed space heaters to stay warm, I learned that the house does not have a working furnace, hot water heater, or sump pump.

</div>

<div>With the help of local business owner Tom Ruxer, we have assembled a small team willing and able to make the needed repairs. <strong>What we need now is the money to purchase the equipment and pay fees for the installation.</strong>

</div>

</div>

<div>Our goal is $5,000. Any help at any level will be greatly appreciated.

<div>Thank you for your consideration.
