New handicapped accessible Minivan

Hi. My name is Josh Hall. I am requesting this money for myself. On December 26, 1999 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was subsequently permanently paralyzed from the midchest down, leaving me a paraplegic. Currently, I drive a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe, but as you can see from the following video of me transferring in and out of my car from my wheelchair (https://youtu.be/-pVvrYPrfCc) it is a lot of lifting and stretching and has taking a great toll on my right shoulder. I've already had about 5 or 6 cortisone injections, but they are lasting shorter and shorter. The reason I am asking for money on GoFundMe is so I can purchase a new adapted vehicle with a lift so I can drive from my wheelchair and not have to take it apart and exhaust my shoulder muscles. The type of vehicle I am looking at is a Dodge Caravan minivan because as my arms and shoulders are my legs, I need them to last as long as possible, and transferring into my car is wearing them out more and more each time. First, I live in the country in Minnesota, and as you know the winters are terrible with ice and snow, and I need to be able to get out of my driveway and get to work during the winters, without needing to wait for someone to plow it out. Your support would mean so much to me because it would help me to have more independence and freedom not having to rely on other people. It would also save my shoulders from wear and tear on the muscles and tendons, which are already becoming extremely worn out, according to the x-rays. At the fast  rate that the pain has been returning to my shoulders after injections, which is about 3-5 months, I would like be able to raise as much as I can within the next 12 months.
