New Challenge for Cancer Survivor

Neremiah is a mother of 3 and is a 9 year survivor of breast cancer.  Neremiah has had to put her education and employment on hold as she is dealing with a new illness. She has been seeing her Oncologist and a Neurologist  for 7 months now and they have not made a definitive diagnosis.  Recently Neremiah had a tumor removed from her carotid artery which thankfully was benign.  However, since the surgery, she has lost most of her eyesight in her left eye as well as movement in her left arm and is now experiencing small seizures.   As the doctors continue to try to make a diagnosis Neremiah had had to endure numerous tests including a spinal tap, EEGs, MRIs, CTs, EMGs and since May she  has been to the emergency room 5 times. 

Even with insurance, the copays for all the ER visits, medical tests and procedures; finances have become a hardship for Neremiah and her family.  And still there is no diagnosis. 

As Neremiah continues to seek treatment she needs to make her copayments and pay all expenses not covered by insurance along with her household expenses.
