The New Castle County Hope Center, Inc. was created to provide financial support to The New Castle County Hope Center. NCC Hope Center provides temporary, emergency, non-congregate shelter, and holistic services for adults and families experiencing homelessness in Delaware as an immediate response to address the County’s public health crisis and mitigate the spread of Coronavirus.
Although opening the doors was a big step, statistics show that as many as 1165 people are experiencing homelessness on any given night in Delaware. NCC Hope Center, Inc. needs your support to continue to work to reduce the homeless population in Delaware by providing safe and stable temporary housing to those experiencing homelessness and offering rehousing solutions and holistic programs & services onsite to minimize barriers and increase the odds of breaking the cycle of homelessness in Delaware.
