Nevaeh (cancer) Girls Fight Tough

I am starting this gofundme for my niece she is 10 years old and this is her story,  Early this year in March began like any other day for a happy go lucky 10 year old girl, for Neveah Padillla the world was perfect and not a care to concern her, a simple fall on the playground would soon change everything. After a few days of complaining about some aches from the fall my wife (auntie) had concerns but as kids tend to exaggerate for attention thought was she must have bruised it pretty good another day of aching led to a trip to the primary care Dr. his thought was the same must have been a bad fall. Days go by and ache complaints persist Grandma decided to take her to get xrays after completion, standard our ppl will call your ppl was given and Neveah and Grandma were off and about, a few hours later hospital indicated get back to the hospital ASAP we need to talk. It was found that Nevaeh's complaints were warranted by a discovery of a tumor in her leg after extensive testing and weeks in the hospital our worst fears had come true it was no doubt Cancer and to everyones shock it was at Stage 4, if you are unfamiliar with the Stages at stage 4 it has spread to other parts of her body. osteosarcoma is the type of cancer she has which is a cancer of the bones. She has gone bouts of heavy chemo since prognosis hoping that would stabilize the spreading and shrink the tumor down to a manageable, removable size. After the pain and suffering of the chemo it was discovered that the chemo had no effect on the cancer and tumor and in fact it had spread to more parts of her body and tumor has grown, that leads us to where we stand today. It was determined some time at the end of June that the best chance we had to beat the cancer was to amputate the leg with the tumor,a tough pill to swallow considering the fight she was already in. This little girl is determined and motto is "Girls Fight Tough", our family is fighting right along side of her. To say her life was easy before all this would be a lie, if you have not noticed there has not been a mention of mom or dad in the story for the past 9 years Nevaeh, her two sister and a brother are all being raised by a God send of a Grandmother or who we call "Nana" and Grandfather, my wife plays just as big of a role in the parenting act as do I as the firm but fair uncle (have to play the role), My brother Richard and his family, mama is coming around now too The family runs deep of ppl willing to go above and beyond including ppl from their home church. As you can imagine how expensive 4 kids can be it becomes even more difficult as grandma had fought her own cancer battle(victory) and still battles health issues money becomes very tight. I can go on for days if I have not already on the struggle we have faced but now to the point of it all we are looking to raise $30,000 dollars to get my beautiful niece a wonderful fully moveable and versatile prosthetic leg so she can get back to her wonderful carefree way of living.
