To stop eviction

I am writing to ask for Assistance to ensure my family continues to live in the home we have lived for the past 10 yrs. Never we have been in this position to need help. My family and I would always help others. My family and I have endured some recent temporary hardships. My partner in life was recently diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 34. She was hospitalized for a week in the Intensive Care Unit in Appleton, Medical Center. Since then she has been off work dealing with severe depression and adapting to the routine of administering insulin. To assist in this transition, I have taken 30 days off work. Neither her nor I have any kind of supplemental income to meet our obligations. I strongly believe that the health and welfare of the family comes first and its was very important for me to support her. We are slowly healing my life partner and mother of my children (4) back to good health. Since we have been off work, we have minimum income with no public assistance because we over are income need to be in poverty for at least 3 months to qualify. 
We have fallen behind on our rent $1,500.00 and was issued an eviction notice. We have until the 19th of October pay this. I am asking for any to consider assistance to my family to ensure we have a home.. Since then I have had economic hardships because I was unable to supplement the wages, I received the management position that I once held. I must admit the time off between employment has humbled me and made me very grateful for the opportunity. It was the first time in 25-year career that I had time off where I could spend quality with my family. I was either at school or work. Maybe that is my teaching from the creator. I humbly ask you to consider this need. In return I would offer my services to volunteer at community events or teach/instruct business courses in which I am accredited to teach business courses.
