<div>Hello everyone, this is James with the Neutral Ground Coffeehouse.
</div>
<div>We have been fortunate to live at our current location for over 40 years, but alas, the building is being sold.
</div>
<div>Phant and I are looking at buying a building for the coffeehouse to live for another 40+ years but we need your help. We have a few places in mind, one particularly that has an apartment that would offset our rent and keep the Neutral Ground inexpensive and open for all to enjoy.
</div>
<div>If you can, please help raise the down payment.
</div>
<div>Please feel free to contact us with any questions and ask how this money would be used. The Neutral Ground is a community, and we want to be as transparent as possible to keep the community alive.
</div>

</div>
<div>thank you,
</div>
<div>James
