Neurologist Visit for Kismet Kitten

If you've been following the kitten Kismet's story, she was found on the side of the road cold and bruised and barely a couple of weeks old and her fate was not looking good. Luckily she was found and brought home by the Hales family who took her to the vet and bottle fed her and got her mostly back on her feet, which was a miracle considering the state they found her in.  

Unfortunately, it appears that Kismet's spinal injury from before the Hales took her in is worse than originally thought. In order to properly diagnose her and get her on a proper course of treatment she needs to see a neurologist. (see below updates for costs of tests and treatments)
