Neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

I need help supporting my family. I haven't been able to work for months now. I have neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. I am having surgery on September 6th and then after I heal i will need another surgery.  I am a hard working mother of two wonderful kids and have a loving husband. He is a teacher for the high school in Monroe Wa. With me not working my family is behind on bills, medical and food.  I need prepped food more then anything! Please help Me.  I would do anything to help others and now I am the one who needs help.
