<div>Støt os – og vær med til at skabe et sted, hvor unge kan være sig selv – sammen med andre – og endelig føle sig hjemme i deres egen krop.

<div><strong>Hvorfor NeurodiverDans?</strong>

<div>NeurodiverDans er skabt ud fra en dyb, personlig drivkraft:

<div>At skabe trygge, frie bevægelsesfællesskaber for unge med sensitive nervesystemer og neurodivergens.

<div>Gennem professionelt faciliteret terapeutisk fri dans skaber vi et rum uden præstationskrav – hvor unge kan finde mening, retning og kontakt til sig selv.

<div>Vi er tre kvinder med faglige baggrunde inden for det psykomotoriske og sanseterapeutiske felt.

<div>Vi har set – tæt på – hvor meget der mangler kropslige redskaber til denne målgruppe.

<div><strong>Why NeurodiverDans?</strong>
</div>
<div>NeurodiverDans is created from a deep, personal motivation:

<div>To create free movement-based communities for young people with sensitive nervous systems and neurodivergence.
</div>
<div>We see a huge need.
</div>

<div>Far too many young people experience:

<li>Stress and anxiety
</li>
<li>A lack of connection to their bodies

<li>Difficulty sensing boundaries and needs

<div>Through professionally facilitated therapeutic dance, we create a space free from performance pressure – where young people can find meaning, direction, and connection to themselves.

<div>Here, they gain:

<li>Tools for self-regulation and co-regulation
</li>
<li>A sense of community and belonging
</li>
<li>Support for emotional processing
</li>
<li>Understanding of their own and others’ boundaries

<li>Reduced stress and anxiety

<li>Increased body awareness and well-being

<div>For many, this is not “extra.”
</div>
<div>It is essential.
</div>

<div><strong>Who are we?</strong>

<div>We are three women with professional backgrounds in the psychomotor and sensory therapeutic fields.
</div>

</div>
<div>But most importantly:

<div>We have seen – up close – how much body-based support is lacking for this target group.
</div>
<div>NeurodiverDans is not just an idea.
</div>
<div>It is something we know is needed.
</div>

<div><strong>Where are we right now?</strong>
</div>
<div>We have already built a strong foundation and received support from Ole Kirk’s Fund (Hjertepuljen).

</div>
<div>But right now, we are in a vulnerable and crucial phase.
</div>
<div>We are applying for grants – and continuing the work even though funding is not yet secured.
</div>
<div>We fully believe in the project.
</div>
<div>It will become a reality.

<div>The only question is: how soon – and how many young people we can reach.

<div><strong>What do we want to create?</strong>

<div>A 10-month program in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Aalborg, with weekly sessions – completely free for the participants.

<div>Because finances should not be a barrier to receiving support.
</div>
