<div>Ich bin Trainer der 1.B Mädchen vom SC Alstertal Langenhorn ( SCALA ). Seit fast 8 Jahren stehe ich mit dieser  Mannschaft Woche für Woche auf dem Fußballplatz. Ein Großteil des Teams spielt schon seit der F-Jugend zusammen. Mittlerweile ist es schon mehr als nur „Training“ , wir freuen uns jedes Mal aufs Neue zusammen auf dem Platz zu stehen.

<div>Über all die Jahre hat sich ein starkes Teamgefüge gebildet . Sieg oder Niederlage , dass Team bleibt immer zusammen und ist für einander da .

<div>Teamevents , Turniere (auch außerhalb HH),Trainingslager usw. hatte einen großen Einfluss auf die Mentalität der Mannschaft . Teambuilding ist genau so wichtig wie die Taktik auf dem Platz .

<div>Auch in dieser Saison spielen wir in der Höchsten Liga in Hamburg der B-Juniorinnen.

<div>Da der Kader von Saison zu Saison weiter wächst , benötigen wir Unterstützung.
