<div>Hola, mi nombre es Hiram López. Soy ingeniero mecánico y fui diagnosticado con Leucemia Linfoblástica Aguda Células Tipo B el pasado Abril de 2024 y desde entonces tuve que dejar de trabajar. Como no tenía las semanas cotizadas suficientes el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) no pudo darme pensión temporal, aunque sí conservó el servicio médico. Hoy no tengo ingresos, sin embargo cuento con el apoyo de mi familia y amigos, también decidí aprovechar este tiempo para inscribirme a una maestría, porque quiero seguir creciendo y no rendirme.

<div>Desde ese entonces he estado luchando y ganando esta batalla. Hasta ahora he completado las primeras fases del tratamiento como quimioterapias, radiaciones y diversos estudios y mantengo un tratamiento que me mantiene con el cáncer controlado hasta el día del Trasplante de Médula Ósea.

<div>El paso final es un trasplante de médula ósea que se espera hacer en el hospital Siglo XXI del IMSS en CDMX y requiere un tiempo muy prolongado de hospitalización (preparación de transplante y recuperación de la cirugía de 4 a 6 meses), por lo tanto estamos recolectando fondos para cubrir los gastos relacionados no cubiertos por el IMSS, tales como estancia en el hospital de mi cuidador, cuidados intensivos posteriores a la cirugía, estudios posteriores, algunos medicamentos, gastos por emergencias médicas
