26/2/25 - UPDATE

Neo has his initial appointment with the surgeon tomorrow at Gatton! He will then have his amputation on the 13th of march! 2 weeks afterwards, he will start chemotherapy. He will have 4 sessions, 1 every 3 weeks! He is also booked in for a cancer vaccine trial! Throwing everything we can at this cancer!!

Hi, my name is Kelly, as some of you know, this past 12 months have been super hard! Firstly Fletcher (our 13yr old neo mastiff) was diagnosed with cancer of the spleen. We were told he wouldn't make it through the night! We got 6 bonus months with him, until he was ready to cross over the rainbow bridge on the 21st of January! June last year Neo started heaving and vomiting, we rushed him to the emergency vets, where he was diagnosed with a severe case of bloat (GDV) he needed an emergency surgery and we weren't sure if he would survive the night! Thankfully after one of the worse nights of our lives, we found that the surgery was a success and he will be coming home! Unfortunately, 1 week after losing Fletcher, Neo was diagnosed with bone cancer in his back leg! After his ct scan results on Thursday the 13th, we have been given the best possible news ever! The cancer has not spread! No mets in his lungs, they are totally clear! We need to Amputate his leg to give him the best chance of fighting this horrible disease! Unfortunately with all the setbacks we have had, we are desperately asking for some support to help save my boy!!!
