Nelson needs our help!

Hello 931/937 E Pico family. It has been brought to our attention that Nelson is not going to be getting support from the city or from Ben. Thus, he and his daughter will absolutely be on the street tomorrow night.   We are a family here and need to take care of Nelson! 

Facts: Most of us are getting our relocation checks for $10,000+ 

Nelson is getting nothing. 

The actual number for most of you is $10,400. When your check comes in the next couple days, please give the extra $400 so that nelson and his daughter will be ok.  Without going into too much detail, Nelson has been paramount in getting us these funds and we are all in a position to help.
