Hi, I’m Neil.
The first picture is me at age 18, playing football, able to walk & talk. The second picture is me a year ago at my 30th birthday party. 

At age 23 I was robbed and abandoned by a taxi driver, fell 50 foot onto my head, had my skull removed and was only given 3 hours to live.

I am now unable to walk or talk, and definitely can’t play football. But I will someday, and I need your help.

I don’t get any help from the NHS as they wrote me off. I have to attend physio therapy privately, costing me £90 a session, twice a week. Since starting this, I am able to feed myself using my right arm, and communicate using a tablet shown in the picture. 

I am getting stronger, and my goal is to walk again. I need my physio to continue for me to get my life back.
