I am delighted to be able to raise money for the Samaritans as part of my objective to run my first marathon in Brighton on 15th April 2018.

The Samaritans are there around the clock to answer calls, 24/7 365 days a year.
Life can be tough. Our emotions can be overwhelming but the Samaritans can support you to explore your feelings and options and find your way through.
