Donate to Neil Murray’s Don't Frack The Territory Live fundraiser.

On Sunday 28th June at 3:30 pm you can join Neil Murray playing music live on the Dont Frack The Territory Facebook Page .

This event will aim to raise funds for the campaign to stop dangerous and dirty fracking in the Northern Territory and also to support Australian musicians such as Neil during this time of Covid-19.

Even if you cannot make it along please donate to help the campaign.

Maverick, award winning songman Neil Murray was a founding member of the pioneering Warumpi Band. Since those halcyon days he has released a string of remarkable solo albums, the latest being “Blood & Longing” - called “a potent and powerful collection of songs”  by Stuart Coupe in Rythyms magazine. Also recently released is the album  “Tjungu” (all in one, joined together)  a collaboration with fellow Warumpi Band founder, Sammy Butcher.

Widely covered, Neil Murray’s songs are diverse and influential and in concert he always captivates and inspires. Accolades include the 2017 Port Fairy Folk Festival "Artist of the year" and the 1995 APRA song of the year award for “My Island Home”.

Neil Murray is well known to First Nations people and is an active environmentalist ( He participated in the 2019 Stop Adani Convoy, performing in Clermont, Qld).

His most recent single “Cry My Darling” – with accompanying film clip- laments the degradation of Australia’s rivers and flags the threat of fracking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=5&v=vdw3EcGHfLM&feature=emb_title
