<div>It would pose numerous potential health risks, including cancer, headaches, depression, anxiety, and insomnia; especially harmful to children—and we have LOTS of children in these neighborhoods! Other issues include decreased property values, aesthetic disturbances, wildlife disturbances, and numerous town code violations that they are likely going to allow special variances for. There are reasons these protections and rules are put in place, and the fact that they have to allow so many variances means this is <strong>NOT the right location</strong>.
