Need funds for home health care

I'm Jennifer Mercer. Currently I'm in the medical icu unit of Shands hospital due to multiple fractures of my pelvis. I am also waiting on any news of me getting on the liver and kidney transplant waiting list. Today, I'm having a bronchoscopy done to remove a 'plug of developing pneumonia in the right lower lobe of my lung. I am not going back to the rehab clinic where I was. im going to try going somewhere else or home, but I will be responsible for the finances or part of them, as well as finances for dialysis.
