Needing money for rent, bills and other things

I live with my 60 year old mom and I have had no income thanks to the quarantine and being laid off from work cause now they said they don't need my or my coworker. I got some money from my dad who passed away in June and I have been surviving on that but I am running out and need help for November and December. My mom has barely been working and recently suffered from a TIA so she is recovering and still isn't gonna be working much, so we need help. I cant get unemployment and I still have yet to receive my stimulus check from the government. I have a job lined up but it won't start till end of November and at the rate of our expenses versus income, I don't think i'm gonna be able to keep up with our expenses until then so I really need some help. I also think i'm gonna have to get a new car soon so that is another issue that i'm gonna have to save up for.

My breakdown for the amount I need is as follows:
-$700 for rent per month
-$750 for bills per month
-$500 to go towards paying off my credit card
-$500 into savings
-$600 towards any groceries, gas, getting an oil change in my car, meds, and random expenses coming up
