Hi, my name is Elsie and I am fundraising for Rey Ballete Basco. He is currently in DWU (Divine Word University) Hospital in Tacloban City, Philippines. He has been amputated on his right leg and needs our help paying for his hospital bills and recovery. At the moment, he is unable to leave the hospital due to inability to cover the cost of all the medical expenses. Further, even if we are able to get him out of the hospital, he will need to be transferred to Philippines Heart Center in Manila as he has congestive heart failure and needs to be treated ASAP.
