<div>am a single mom of a 17-year-old, musically talented, smart, beautiful inside and out teenager. I just got home from the hospital after a 2-week stay (3 in CCU). The diagnosis is pulmonary hypertension. I am going to have to wear a heart catheter which delivers medicine to my heart for a very long time, if not a lifetime. I have hospital bills, along with my everyday bills. I am unable to work at this time. My employer has been generous, but that can't last forever. I am hoping to get back on my feet soon and work, but I am not going to be able to work like I used to. I do not have short-term disability, and I am so scared that I am not going to be able to work for a long time. I am asking for help to keep me and my daughter from falling behind in bills and facing the worst, being homeless.

<div>She has worked so hard in school, being an honorary student and having advanced classes, along with playing the clarinet in the marching band. She previously played with the symphony youth orchestra, making it to state and always getting 1st or 2nd chair in the region's band. She is amazing, and I don't want my condition to change her future or put stress or worry on her. I would like to try to keep our life as normal as I can for her last year of high school. She deserves it and much more. I am not one to ever usually ask for anything. I am a very independent person with a strong will, but for her, I will ask for help financially. Any help will be appreciated.
