Needing graduate school $$$

I want to pursue my graduate degree in psychology to become a school psychologist.  I was a special education teacher for 19 years.  I was on the school improvement team and an NEA school representative.  I only need a little bit to get started.  I have a disabled brother and elderly mother to take care of, and this would greatly help me achieve my goal.  Any help is appreciated.
