Need van urgently

I’m living in an area which does not have access to wheelchair transportation.. currently the only way I can go anywhere is for my caregivers to lift me into the back seat of their pickup truck. Not only is this difficult, but it can, and usually does result in some degree of injury to one or all of the people involved.. I have dreams of visiting friends I haven’t seen in decades,and quite a few sightseeing trips as well. I would also love to find work, and participate in community organizations like the lions club. Unfortunately the absence of transportation makes all of this impossible. Can you help?
