Need My Car For Work And Daughter

On my way to work, a week after Harvey, I was the victim of a hit and run.  I'm a single father, I have child support to pay, and my car is the only way I have to get to work.  I could not afford corrective/uninsured motorist insurance. This all came right after Hurricane Harvey, but it's not "hurricane relief."  I'm just a working man-and sometimes bad things happen to good people. If I can't get to work, I can't pay bills, pay child support, or see my daughter.

I'm looking to the kindness of anyone who'll help out so I can get this done.  If you need pictures of the damage, I will post or send them.   

The mechanic estimates  the costs for parts and labor are approximately $3000.

If it were just about me, I'd just scrap it and move on, but I need to see my baby girl.  She's my whole world and I can't even pick her up to spend weekends with me.  It's heartbreaking for the both of us. 

If you know anyone who could help with the work aspect of it, I would welcome that help as well.  It's not about the money if I can just get the car fixed.  I hope you consider this.
