Need help with bills(home and medical)

Hello, my name is Manuel Galvan Sanchez and I am a father of 3. I am married and have been the breadwinner most of our relationship. I have currently found out that I am to undergo a brain surgery for a mass that was found in my head and will be out of work for sometime. My wife does work but can not make all the bills herself. Most if anything what we need is to be able to pay our rent until I am able to return to work and help her out as well. Currently I was told that it can be from 6 months to a year that I may not return to work. Honestly, for what I am asking, it’s mostly to keep our rent house. Alongside with our daughters medical needs, this is a lot of pressure that is being put on my wife and I am asking for some assistance. I can not drive, i can not work until it is cleared and so I ask that you kindly donate to my cause. I’m not one for asking for help but at this point in our lives, we are in desperate need of it.
