Employer Scam Has Taken Everything I Worked For

Hi everyone, hopefully you are all well and staying safe.
I'm here to ask for a moment's help to pull me out of a ditch a former employer left me in. I was recently the victim of a scam by them, which resulted in my bank account becoming extremely negative. Due to their bounced checks and my lost weeks working for them, I am now both unemployed and without funds in my bank. Due to the severity of how negative my bank account now is, I am required to have it balanced in less than 30 days before Collections come calling with extra fees. In the time since this situation has occurred, I have other bills and payments that require my attention ASAP as well. Because of this, I am in need of $4,000. The first $2,000 will go straight to my bank account to balance it and help me break even, and the remaining $2,000 will go towards upcoming bills and my cost of living to hold me over until I am able to find another suitable, trustworthy source of employment in this pandemic.
A little over two years ago, I was homeless and living on the street due to my family being unable to accept my sexual orientation, and in the time since I have worked tirelessly to get back on my feet and create a stable life for myself. In the time since, I have been able to create such a life for myself and have found value in being self-sufficient. As one who is self-sufficient, I normally prefer to not ask people for monetary assistance. However, I know that if I do not meet these payment deadlines as soon as possible, then I will be caught in a financial spiral that will last for months until my bank account is balanced. I'm sorry to have to ask for such an amount, but receiving support would mean the world to me. I am constantly looking for work in the meantime, and having this page as a means to raise funds to keep me covered as I get back on my feet and eventually strive to move forward would help greatly. Any assistance received will help me to maintain this life that I have put so much work into creating for myself.
