Please Help Fund Oral Surgery

Never really actually considered doing this, but after a family member suggested it I figured it would not hurt to try. I need help getting the funds to get my teeth fixed. Bad genetics in terms of teeth have pretty much ruined my teeth , they all but 8 need removed and dentures . My dentist is recommending this surgery be done to improve my overall health and quality of life.
I grew up Mostly in the foster system and got preventative work done while I was in the system . But the long periods of time they gave me back to my father my dental care was neglected. By 18 I had already lost a large portion of my back teeth. Currently I am using a non approved dental prosthetic to hide my broken and missing teeth. I am in pain every day because of this. It's the really bad days that come occasionally that push me to consider asking complete strangers for help.
Finally I have a good job. I have been with the same company for nearly three years. At 18 I aged out of the foster care system. This left me with debt that I am currently working on paying off. My insurance helps lower the total cost of the surgery to remove them all a bit but the result is still far beyond my capabilities. I've attempted to apply for things in my area but do not qualify for one reason or another. It's become exceptionally harder to eat, talk, and sleep.
If This can help me achieve my goal which is to have the oral surgery that would lead to dentures, my quality of life will be vastly improved . Life with a healthy smile is something I have never experienced.
