Need help making sure mom gets to dialysis

We are asking for help. My mom and step dad Tony really need some helpright now. My grandma died on the 18th of October. They need help with getting new tires and a couple bills. With Tony driving my mom to dialysis 3 times a week. Each day going back and forth is 50 miles. 150 miles a week and around 600 a month not including dr appts, pharmacy and grocery shopping.
My step dad is out of work right now. They have had a rough time since 2013. Our mom has been in and out of the hospital and had to quit working.
