Need donation for Kidney Transplant

He is just 17 years and both of his kidneys failed due to hereditary problem. Dialysis is started and final treatment recommended by doctor is kidney transplant. As both kidneys are failed transplant need to be performed asap. His father passed way because of the same reason and he have no financial support from others.Please help me in reaching the goal as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.I appreciate the help.
