<div>My name is Rick Reason.  After a few months of increasing trouble, an excruciating pain sent me to the ER and eventually surgery.  I was sent home the next day, but with new accessories. I must wear a catheter until December 8th and can't lift more than 10 pounds.  This, however, means I won't be able to work.  I should be able to get short-term disability for the time I'm out, but at 50% of my usual 40-hour week and not the overtime that I get every week, and not sure how long that will take.  Add in the extra medical expenses. It's going to be a struggle.

<div>In addition to myself here, I have my wife Vicki and our children Madison, Jon, Leo and Mason.  I hate to ask, and I definitly feel horrible to do so, but I bring in the primary income to the household. If you could help out as little as much as you wish, I would be extremely grateful.
