Need 500$ on a down payment for life vest

My name is Josh, for those who know me know the long story but for those who don’t I have to come up with 500 dollars for a down payment on a life vest which cost a couple grand, the life vest will re jump my heart if it stops since it's so weak and only operating at 25% and anormal heart has to operate at 60% to be considered healthy enough to be released... dont know how this is going to work.... but any help is very much appreciated, thank you and god bless
