David's campaign to Beat the Cancer

Our friend, David is a Single Father who was diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer in Feb 2016.  He has been on Chemo ever since (except for the 10 week period when he underwent and recovered from a liver/colon resection).  

David has these two beautiful and vibrant twin girls that he is fighting to live for.  Sadie and Ophelia watch their Dad as he battles to stay with them and take care of them.  It is his dream that his daughters should grow up with their Father.  
We all want him to be able to there as these two girls grow up:  to see their confirmations, their first dates, their proms, their graduations, weddings. 

Finally his Doctor says there is good news, there is a chance for remission, the primary tumor is gone and only the metastatic tumors are left on his liver.  If he can continue with Folfiri chemo therapy, a 6 month treatment, and get SIRT radiation where they drop pellets of radiation directly into his liver, the doctor says there is a good chance for remission

Unfortunatley, the time required for fighting Cancer has made life challenging on many fronts. Now he is dealing with the financial strain that has resulted from his inability to work full time.
Currently, he has no health insurance.  In January, he could no longer make the payments, so his Chemo Therapy was suspended. 

Please help him get his Insurance back before his next scheduled treatment on Feb 1. In addition to needing health insurance for the chemo, he needs to pay off a bunch of debt he's incurred fighting his disease, risk eviction and other dire consequences.  

Please help David and his daughters, Sadie and Ophelia to get through this tough time and be a happy, healthy family again.
