Necessary Bedroom Addition

On May 15th, 2020 my 77 year old grandma was released from the hospital. She had been admitted in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic with breathing difficulties (pre-existing COPD difficulties we imagined.) After being transferred to a different hospital, she was diagnosed with bronchitis and pneumonia in her one lung. The official diagnosis.... emphysema. Her doctor has ordered her to relocate her bedroom to the first floor of the house to limit stair use and the addition of a chair in the shower. In order to move her room downstairs, an addition to the house is absolutely necessary. This is something we hope to complete as soon as possible to help improve the quality of life for my grandma especially during this pandemic where she is quarantined at home for who knows how long. We don’t have an exact estimate yet, I will update once the contractors determine a price
