Coins for Koalas

Tax deductible
Hi! My name is Taryn. I am 7 years old. When I learned how the fires in Australia are hurting animals like koalas, I cried and told my mom I wanted to help save the koalas.

My mom taught me a little bit about fundraising. Then, I went to my school principal to ask if we could do a fundraiser at school. I called my idea 'Coins for Koalas'. My mom helped me make a paper eucalyptus tree in front of our school library. Kids are bringing coins to school to donate, and adding paper leaves to the tree with their name on it.

I have a BIG goal! I want to raise $5,000.00 to go toward the Wildlife Warriors of Australia Zoo. They need another hospital building, because they are receiving so many orphaned and injured animals since the fires.

I'm so excited to help, and I hope you can donate to support my Coins for Koalas project. Thank you!
