Help the Lipari's kick cancers butt

Recently, Heather went in to the ER for some pain that has been occurring in her abdomen. The pain is still a mystery as to where its coming from, but during that visit, doctors incidentally, found a good size  mass on her right kidney. From the scans and recent surgery, they were able to conclude that it is Renal Cell Carcinoma, so far.  There is still more testing that needs to be done because according to her surgeons, Heather is a medical mystery. This has been a big blow to the family, emotionally and financially. Heather has needed multiple CT scans, surgery, as well as 7+ different medications just for her kidney issues, which insurance will not cover. This is just what has happened so far. There are many procedures and treatments that lie ahead. This doesn't include the 4 other meds she needs for other reasons which they do cover, but will not help her pain and cancer. 

Due to everything that has happened, both her and Dominic have missed quite a bit of work and are starting to fall behind. Sadly, this is only the beginning. They will be missing much more, especially if and when it comes time to remove Heather's kidney, which will require weeks of recovery. Unfortunately, Heather is currently in PRN status at work which means she doesn't qualify for any benefits, and Dominic only has 1 week paid vaction.

I'm hoping to reach out to friends,  family, and complete strangers who can help them in their time of need. They have two precious boys, Jackson (6) and Henry Pike (19mos) who depend on them. They will need help with medical and housing bills, medications, groceries, daycare, daily living expenses, etc. Of course, if you are not able to help monetarily, prayers and good vibes are greatly appreciated.
