Hi! Taking part in my first White Collar Boxing Fight to raise funds for the North-East Air Ambulance and Spinal Clinic at James Cook Hospital.
Originally started out with the boxing for a new challenge as I felt I had hit a brick wall with life and was becoming increasingly frustrated. Boxing has improved my fitness levels but also my attitude to life again. Couldn’t recommend it more to anyone.
The reason for the two charities’, a few years ago some close friends where involved in a car accident leaving some very serious injuries. The two biggest parties involved in the recovery and assistance of the crash where the air ambulance and spinal ward clinic, so I would personally like to give back to Charites closer to home. The way the people involved have recovered and progressed with their life’s is nothing short of amazing, especially one, continuing to get better each day and to use the experience they were involved in to raise awareness, be charitable and become a role model.
