Lacey maes journey

Hi guys as many of you know my 4 year old neice lacey mae was diagnosed with lung and other various cancers 2 years ago, recently we have been told that the chemotherapy she was on is not working and it has had to be stopped, lacey maes treatment in london has been completly scrapped as the cancers completly took over her left lung  this is a hard time for the whole family we are all distraught, i want my sister lacey mae, jacob and there dad to do as much as they can as a family days out etc..... im not asking for much just for memories :( :( thank you so much everyone for all your support we all appreciate it, we really do!❤
