Heartbreaking loss of Tammy Russ

The tragic, unexpected, HEARTBREAKING loss of Tammy Nicole Sokolowski/Russ at the young age of 37 is putting a great strain on the hearts of all that had her in their life.
Tammy was loved by all who's lives that had the special luck of being a part of her life.
Tammy had a special effect on any and all that knew her.
Tammy could make anyone smile and happy with only her presence around them, her glow and positive energy that she had was something that was unexplainable. A great loss for everyone involved and people that never had the chance to be a part of her life.
Tammy had 5 kids, Daniel (D.J.),Michael (Mikey),David,Danielle and Alyssa;and 2 grandchildren;Sapphire and Liam.
Her mom Diane,sisters Lisa and Pam,her twin brother Tim and younger brother Al.
Her nephews Paul,Michael and Steven.
Her great nephews Timothy and Bentley.
Uncles Bruce and Gary.
And myself her best friend and fiance,Dan Sr.
Tammy loved everyone dearly and cherished every moment with everyone.
Tammy was more than an important part of our lives she was a major influence of love and strength for everyone.
Tammy will always be in our thoughts,prayers and hearts forever.
Tammy had a tragic fall down a flight of stairs suffered a skull fracture and major bleeding of her brain that she wasn't able to recover from on 2/25/2015.
None of us will be able to recover from our loss.
We are unable to fund the funeral and any other costs involved
but any prayers and possible contributions will help out in our time of great sorrow and need.
